What is your home worth?
There are two options available to you:-
Online evaluation only
If you are interested in your home's value but are not considering selling at this time. Fill the boxes below as accurately as possible and I will come back to you by email with an online evaluation and estimate based on recent comparable sales in your surrounding area and my local knowledge. This option won't involve a face to face meeting with me but I may do a drive by if I feel it is necessary to help with my evaluation. Don't worry, you won't be rung up or hassled though I may send you relevant local market updates by email to keep you informed with what is happening.
You only need to add your name, address and email for this option. Adding other details about your house will help me give you a more accurate value indication.
Full Current Market Appraisal (CMA)
If you are seriously considering selling, you will want a CMA.
This involves a short inhome visit which will allow me to introduce myself and to see your home's features.
Following my visit I will provide you with a written report including recent sales, an accurate assesment of value, presentation suggestions, and general marketing information along with an outline of the marketing services my company and I provide and related commission structure and costs.
